Creatine!!! This stuff is amazing!!!

Hi everyone :)
So today, I am here to share a new thing for me that is old for others.
Creatine.
So the other day, my son bumped into me in the grocery store.
Now I have to confess something, I haven't been taking my apple cider vinegar and coconut oil faithfully as I should have been.
Needless to say....
I get bumped in the store and next thing you know, my entire atlas bone is out. My chiropractor has to adjust me the next day and in my frustration, I began to look up information about "what are the positives of having big muscles"....\
I found out both why big muscles are good, and why small muscles are AWFUL!!!
On one end,
"Muscles are often described as the “engine” of your body's fat and calorie burning mechanism. Increased muscle mass can lead to less body fat, a stronger immune system, improved energy levels, and reduced stress."
But on the FLIP SIDE... THIS is what they had to say about small muscles...“Low muscle mass is associated with outcomes such as higher surgical and post-operative complications, longer length of hospital stay, lower physical function, poorer quality of life and shorter survival.”
SHORTER SURVIVAL?????

Another study, in PLoS One, noted that “muscle mass mediates associations of BMI with adiposity and mortality and is inversely associated with the risk of death.”
This led me to an ad that was explaining the benefits of using CREATINE.
I thought perhaps, how would it hurt to try it, since it promises to do so much for your body's health.
